We live in a well connected where most of our social media friends are not friends at all. We are all well connected but in reality not connected at all. We are all plugged in 24/7. Most of us have neck, back and hand problems. Our mind never sleeps. The body gives way. Human body is not designed to sit in a cubicle for 8 hours or stare at a screen for hours on end. This has led to many problems including obesity, depression, anxiety and many many more work related and sedentary lifestyle diseases. We are a machine, designed to work mechanically, grow our own crops and reap the benefits of our hard work through the food we eat which we have harvested. So it is wise on a health standpoint to unplug once in awhile, stretch, recharge and realize that there is a World outside waiting to be explored.
